Safari park Beekse Bergen expands

A brand-new holiday park has been built at Safari park Beekse Bergen, with a main building which houses cafes, restaurants and a swimming pool. There is also a Spray Park at the swimming pool. Watergames & More, in collaboration with their partner Wesseling Zwembaden, installed the swimming pool and the Spray Park. The swimming pool and Spray Park were opened to the public late April 2018.

The area in which the swimming pool and the Spray Park were built is 500 m2, of which both the swimming pool and the Spray Park each take up 125 m2. The Spray Park consists of two zones. The first zone focusses on toddlers and small children, the second zone focusses on children up to the age of 12. The equipment is from the latest Waterplay range and the whole Spray Park is safari themed. All Spray Parks by Waterplay are wheelchair accessible, thus making Safari park Beekse Bergen accessible to every child for carefree water fun.

Low costs, high play value
The equipment in the Spray Park consists of, among others, a water spouting giraffe (Gyrome), Splash battle water cannons and a Sneaky Soaker with swiveling buckets. The Spray Park was built within the most efficient budget. The park holds a high play value, and at the same time, the costs are kept low by using equipment from the new Waterplay range. The equipment uses less water than before and starts up faster.

Complete package thanks to collaboration
Watergames is capable of completely unburdening the customer thanks to the collaboration between Watergames & More and their various partners. Watergames & More can therefore not only provide the Spray Park, but also the swimming pool thanks to their partner Wesseling Zwembaden. After building the swimming pool both the platform and the swimming pool were finished off with a coating and both the whole pool and the area complement the African look and feel of the Spray Park in both color and ambience. This makes a completely integrated space.

Safety and experience
The building was devised with the underlying thought that visitors can look into the swimming pool and Spray Park from the restaurant. This way the safari theme and African experience can be seen throughout the whole building. Parents can keep an eye on their playing children from the restaurant and share in their pleasure.
