On Thursday 23 March, Nunspeet’s new De Wiltsangh (NL) recreation centre opens its doors to the public. The centre, which houses Europe’s first chlorine-free pool, is also the proud owner of two waterslides designed and built by Watergames & More.
Two types of waterslide
The slides offer its visitors the unique experience of two entirely different types of ride to choose from. The first is a family slide, suitable for all ages. As it is three metres wide, with a gradient of no more than 35%, this slide is ideal for families with (young) children. The best things about this slide are that you don’t have to wait for others and can enjoy the ride together with all your friends or complete family at the same time.
The second waterslide is a tube model that is suitable for use as either a tyre or body slide. You can enjoy various multimedia effects during the ride, which include a range of light effects. To vouch for safety, it features an electronic start-stop system that is connected to motion sensors embedded in the waterslide.
The opening of De Wiltsangh adds a new and innovative recreational attraction that provides a sustainable swimming experience currently unavailable elsewhere in Europe. Whether you come as a family or a group of friends in search of a day’s aquatic fun, De Wiltsangh offers something to suit everyone. Visitors can enjoy an exciting and safe ride on the waterslides supplied by Watergames & More.
