Expansion of the team

The Watergames & More team continues to expand! Three new members of staff recently joined us: Pawel Mieleszko as senior designer, Arthur van Gruijthuijzen as work planner and Denise de Raadt as marketing assistant. Brief personal introductions follow below.

The first of our new colleagues, Pawel Mieleszko, lives in Poland. He is not only interested in science, particularly physics, but also already familiar with slide design. Having previously produced several designs, he is no stranger to the market. He can therefore contribute considerable experience and knowledge. Furthermore, in engaging Pawel, we now have someone capable of carrying out our own static calculations. He specialises in the production of static calculations and detailed designs of steel constructions, after all.

Arthur complements the implementation department as a planner, serving as the vital link between project managers and colleagues working on site. He ensures that they have literally all they require there for appropriate completion of the project. Arthur is both creative and loves technology. He has taken a close interest in the way things work from his childhood days. He can generally work it out exactly by dismantling, then putting them back together again. His curiosity makes him keen to figure out and arrange literally everything. He looks forward to cooperating with his team in ensuring that projects remain bang on track.

While other colleagues ensure that all projects run smoothly, from design to implementation, Denise focuses on making those projects – and Watergames & More into the bargain – more apparent to the outside world. She is not only responsible for all our marketing operations, but also custodian of our corporate identity. Prior to joining Watergames & More, she gained numerous years of experience in the world of retail marketing. She eagerly looks forward to adapting her knowledge and expertise to the field of water attractions and water slides.
