We have had the pleasure of welcoming new colleagues again, to whom we are proud to introduce you. Meet Ilona and Stephan.
Ilona van Milligen
Ilona assumed the post of inside sales on 1 September. Prior to doing so, Ilona completed a traineeship at Watergames & More as part of her Business Economics course. During her term of study, she gained considerable personal experience in the field of sales & marketing. Having attained her bachelor’s degree in the meantime, she was absolutely brimming with energy when she started her new job. In taking charge of inside sales, Ilona forms the link between sales, marketing, design and implementation. She bears responsibility for producing calculations and quotations in consultation with the management and account managers, while also supporting the latter in the course of their duties and serving as the internal point of contact for our clients.
‘’I’m so pleased that Watergames & More has given me the opportunity to work in inside sales. The firm executes truly splendid projects, and I think it’s really cool to be able to contribute in this regard. The Watergames & More team are also a highly pleasant bunch of people! I look forward to applying my newly acquired knowledge at W&M, in the firm conviction that I am both competent and should be able to learn a lot here.’’

Stephan Tieleman
Stephan started took up the position of service mechanic on 1 August. In this capacity, he will be involved in the assembly of our Spray Parks and preparing the assembly of water slides, while also supporting our service manager, Hielke, in executing maintenance contracts and investigating warranty issues. Stephan has numerous years of experience in engineering and has held various positions, from working foreman to CAD draftsman. Given his extensive technical knowledge, he should be highly capable of offering our customers optimal service.
‘’I came to the conclusion that something was lacking in my previous job. That was what prompted me to respond to an amusing advertisement posted by Watergames & More. The vacancy read as follows: “Waterslide tester wanted… perks include company swimming trunks.” While I guess I basically fell for the joke, I have to admit that my first few weeks in the job have proven highly satisfactory, as I even performed my first waterslide test at Preston Palace in Almelo.’’
