Reflect on 2022 together with Watergames & More

Watergames & More wishes everyone a happy festive season and a good New Year! 2022 was a year in which we succeeded in putting smiles on a lot of children’s and (young) adults’ faces. Riding a slide, running around in a spray park or clambering over an inflatable. We offered the young and old alike aquatic fun, by supplying the most splendid products. And we are proud of it, too!

Below is a selection of some of the projects we are proud to have executed this year. As we proceed towards 2023, we are pleased to have the opportunity to show where our heart lies once again: in putting smiles on the faces of children and (young) adults alike! Watergames & More has completed the custom-made water play structure for Aquaferrum Friesoythe in the town of Friesoythe (northern Germany). The fully themed structure was conceived and designed entirely in keeping with the facility’s existing footprint.

At Tarzan & Jane (BE) they ushered in the summer holidays with the arrival of a new Spray Park! It features various pieces of Waterplay® equipment, which were installed by Watergames & More. Everyone evidently enjoys the aquatic fun that this Spray Park offers. Don’t forget your bathers and towel though, because it’s hard to stay dry!

Watergames & More has recently completed a customised water play structure, paddling pool equipment and Spray Park for the Landal Mooi Zutendaal resort. The resort’s swimming pool needed to be fully renovated in the process, thereby significantly increasing its dwindling attraction value.

For some time now, a pink giant squid has eagerly watched over a new play area in Tropical Islands (DE). This giant squid is the eye-catcher of the new water playground for toddlers, called Kraki Beach. Watergames & More was there to make it happen!

The Jip & Janneke playground at Baambruggestraat had an existing paddling pool that was used in the summer. It needed quite a bit of attention, however, while offering little play value. Inspired by Capelle aan den IJssel, the municipality therefore decided to have Watergames & More convert the toddler pool into a Spray Park. In doing so, it created a social meeting place for young and old alike, which offers children a unique means of playing and discovering.

The pool known as swimming pool De Kimpel (BE) has a challenging water attraction! Thanks to its inflatable equipment, young and old can now enjoy a spectacular course in the water. De Kimpel is now equipped with Union Aquaparks inflatables, which were supplied by Watergames & More.

In addition to all its existing attractions and sights, Särkänniemi Adventure Park (FI) now offers you the opportunity to discover water in a playful way. While their children play carefree with water, parents can revel in the fantastic view of Lake Näsijärvi. Watergames & More constructed a Spray Park at this idyllic site. This is a first for us, as it is our initial assignment in Scandinavia!

Preston Palace all-inclusive resort in Almelo is constructing the first waterslide in its swimming pool. The resort’s intention in adding this slide is to further increase the attraction value of its luxurious Riviera bathing facilities. Guests will therefore have the opportunity to enjoy the new waterslide before the 2022 peak season commences.

As a follow-up to its splendid Spray Park, Watergames & More has now also constructed a paddling pool at Breebos Holiday Park. This is a first, in that it is the first ever paddling pool fully designed and constructed by Watergames & More itself.

Amsterdam boasts one of the Netherlands’ largest swimming facilities, which is known as Sloterparkbad (NL). The facility’s 20-year-old blue waterslide was recently replaced with a new model. This yellow/white waterslide has been erected in the same spot as the previous one. Watergames & More was present from start to finish to get the job done!
